Set to be released for xbox 360 on June 28, the Annihilation map pack adds five new maps to the growing collection. The new Annihilation maps are named Hangar 18, Silo, Hazard, Drive-In, and Shangri-La's jungle. This latest CoD BlackOps map pack promises even more entertainment for all us hard-core Call of Duty fans. Here's a vid for the Annihilation map pack and all it has to offer!

Treyarch has announced that the first map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops , called “First Strike,” will be coming February 1st. This video introduces the four new multiplayer maps. The fifth map in the set, was especially made for zombie mode and is named Ascension. It has not been shown yet.
The first map is called Kowloon and takes place in Kowloon, China, much like the mission you encounter during the single player campaign with things adjusted a bit for online play. The stand out of this map is that it has zip lines, which you can use to move quickly around the map. Unfortunately, you can’t use your gun while you’re on them.The next map is named Discovery. This map is split in half with a ravine running through the middle. There are bridges that run over the ravine, some of which are made of ice and/or snow. Next up is Berlin Wall. This map takes place, you guessed it, at the Berlin Wall. This is a really large map. The most promising of the bunch is Stadium. This is a small map with lots of corners.
Look for the “First Strike” map pack to come out February 1st on Xbox for 1200 Microsoft Points, or 15 dollars. It’s not clear if and when this new DLC will be released on other platforms.
